Payton is a member of the administrative team, where she supports patients with appointment scheduling, insurance coordination and overall clinic flow. Having grown up around dentistry (her mom is a dental assistant in Calgary) she developed an early appreciation for patient care and the importance of a positive dental experience.
Known for her calm and professional phone presence, she helps ensure patients feel informed and at ease from their very first call. She enjoys reading, knitting, spending time with her wiener dog (and occasionally her husband) as well as working on her own writing projects.
